The Power of the Rosary

"After the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, there is nothing in the Church that I love as much as the Rosary"

These are the words of Our Lady to Blessed Alan de la Roche. The Holy Rosary is an immensely powerful prayer that can and will obtain for us all that we ask of Our Blessed Mother, as she promised to Saint Dominic in her fifteen promises of the Rosary. There is no prayer more powerful for sinners than the Rosary. In his book, The Secret of the Rosary, St Louis De Monfort tells of a time when St Dominic was exorcising a man who was possessed with fifteen thousand demons. Dominic prayed for Our Lady's intercession, and she made the demons speak the truth: "the Mother of Jesus Christ is all-powerful and she can save her servant from falling into hell... not a single soul who has really preserved in her service has ever been damned with us... nobody who perseveres in saying the Rosary will be damned." Pray the Rosary. You cannot be the worse for it, and you will always end up gaining from this crown of roses for Our Lady. No matter what in life troubles you, no matter what it is you're praying for, no matter how strong or weak your faith is, the Rosary will bring you your mother's comfort.

Not a single soul who has really preserved in her service has ever been damned with us. Nobody who perseveres in saying the Rosary will be damned.

This is why, at every single COOL meeting we begin by praying the twenty decades of the Rosary. It is so important to pray the Rosary because it is our weapon which with we will defeat Satan. The devil fears nothing more than the Rosary. We cannot cease to pray the Rosary to end abortion because that is the only and most powerful weapon we have against the great evils of abortion.

Yes, we meet to have fun, yes we meet to enjoy our pizza and have fellowship with like-minded friends, but we can never forget our purpose as the Catholic Organization Of Life: To end abortion. To pray to end abortion. To pray, always and unceasingly, to Our Blessed Mother her most Holy Rosary to end abortion. This is our weapon and it is with this weapon that we will prevail and be saved from temptation and from evil.

Next to the Mass, the Rosary is the most important prayer in all of the Church. So we pray both. We use these two most powerful prayers and through this devout recitation Our Lady will hear us, and there is nothing a devout child of Mary can ask her that she will not grant. So pray with me, pray to Our Mother, Our Patroness. Carry a Rosary. Recite the Rosary. The holier you get the more temptations you will have, but with Our Lady's armor, we can be protected from sin. The devil is terrified of Our Lady. We need only say the name of Mary and Jesus, and he will flee in terror.
